TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting a wallet, purchasing an early access pass, opening a gym, or otherwise using Gainz Gym (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the Game.

2. Nature of the Game

Gainz Gym is an interactive idle/clicker game built on the Solana blockchain, provided for entertainment purposes only. In-game assets, tokens ($GAINZ, Roid Rage), athletes, trainers, supplements, and any other digital items are part of gameplay and carry no guarantee of monetary value. Values can fluctuate significantly or drop to zero.

3. Financial Risk Disclosure

• Any SOL, $GAINZ tokens, or other digital assets you spend, earn, or withdraw are used entirely at your own risk.
• You accept full responsibility for any financial gains or losses resulting from your participation.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone.
• Token prices are determined by market activity on decentralized exchanges and are outside our control.
• Never spend more than you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in online games and digital asset transactions, and that doing so is legal where you live. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

Gainz Gym is not intended for use in jurisdictions where blockchain gaming, digital asset transactions, or prize-based competition is prohibited. You may not use the Game if you are located in, or a resident of, any such jurisdiction.

5. Wallet and Account Responsibility

Your game progress, assets, and earnings are tied to the Solana wallet you connect. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
• All activity that occurs on your wallet, whether authorized by you or not.
• Backing up your seed phrase in a secure location.

We have no access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets, reverse transactions, or restore access to a compromised wallet.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gainz Gym, its creators, developers, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Game, smart contracts, token markets, or related infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, tokens, or in-game assets.
• Smart contract bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities.
• Blockchain network outages, delays, or forks.
• Third-party wallet, exchange, or infrastructure failures.
• Loss of access to your wallet or account.
• Price volatility or loss of token value.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for financial gain.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game or its smart contracts.
• Operate multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage in competitions or leaderboards.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity through the Game.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or the development team.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of in-game assets, at our sole discretion.

8. Competitions and Prizes

Leaderboard competitions, seasons, and tournaments may award SOL prizes funded by player activity. Prize distributions are determined by on-chain gameplay metrics. We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify players for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Adjust prize pools based on participation and economic conditions.
• Delay or modify prize distributions in the event of disputes or technical issues.

9. Changes to Terms or Game

We may update these Terms, the Game, or the underlying economy at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via our official Discord, X (Twitter), or in-game announcements.

10. No Securities

$GAINZ tokens and in-game assets are utility items within the Game. They are not intended to be investments, securities, or financial instruments, and are not offered or sold as such. You should not purchase them with an expectation of profit from the efforts of others.
